This is a great place to buy bait and tackle I've been going there for 3 years I always stop in and get advice on what the trout is biting but I was saddened to hear her say that after this season she won't be opening back up I wish her all the happiness with retirement and enjoy her peace thanks for your service

The young lady inside running place was just as nice and polite as can be. She laughed at my silly jokes with wife and when my wife threatened to divorce me cause I was trying to buy everything she talked her out of it. Had a great amount of tackle with a much better live bait selection than other places nearby. Had some good gear and bags and other wearables too. Not to much but not to little, just right. Could’ve stayed and talked for hours. Really wish more of these “mom and pops” places still existed.

I use pool noodles for rods. Split length wise put rod inside. Get small ones but look for the ones with 1 inch inside holes. Get mine at Family Dollar store. Put rubber band on ends
They are the same as most places. Wear a mask, 6 ft. distancing, and wash your hands. A mask is required in all public places in N.C.
