I called Connor plumbing this morning when an appliance installer left us high and dry because a gas line was too short to a new gas range we purchased. The telephone receptionist at Connor listened attentively as I explained my situation and promised to call back with a service time at 1 o’clock. Shortly after 1 o’clock Connors called to say that a service tech would be out within the hour. At 2 o’clock the service tech arrived, provided two quotes (one to do the gas line and the other to complete the installation of the stove). We agreed on the stove installation price and the service tech (Robb) began to work immediately. By 4 o’clock all work was done, the kitchen was cleaned up and everything was back to the way it was with the exception of the brand new stove! It is sad that these days it’s hard to find this level of service. I would not hesitate to call Connor plumbing again for any and all plumbing needs! They were absolutely awesome to work with.
