Why can't an online order for a single sub that's placed 90 minutes in advance be prepared for pickup on time? Order placed at 3:15p and to be picked up at 4:30p. I showed up at 5p and it still wasn't ready.

They seem to desire to make the sandwich when customers show up, alot of times prior customers don't show up and they are forced to try to sell at an reduced prices.

I don't know, the same thing happened to me last November at the publix on east Atlanta rd.

They are way undermanned. The service and some customer service has suffered.
