First, let me say that I am a high level Diamond member. No bag given at check in. I thought I was staying at the Motel 6 instead of Hampton Inn. The floor tiles were cracked, door had a large dent, poor wall and sink repairs, and the shower head was gross! When I close the bathroom door, it sounds like someone is knocking on the door! On the Hilton app, I got the room for $120. When I made it here, I was charged $180! I have stayed at multiple locations around the country and this by far is the worst. I was told about multiple car break ins. I am so disappointed. Don't stop, keep driving past this place.

The hotel staff is very kind and attentive. My husband and I had a great get away here. Love the hot tub rooms. Highly recommended.

Staff was amazing but the building is aged which is not usually a big deal. We had blood stains on the walls of the bathroom and the carpet was stained also, not sure if it was blood. If you have back issues, the bed feels like you are laying on top of a bed of cement. Not soft or comfortable at all which sucked greatly. We choose this place due to the good reviews but I don’t think I would stay here again.

They are presently doing renovations on the outside, so i was a bit confused on where to enter. I found the side door. They were able to give me a room without a reservation, I was just tired of driving and stopped here by chance. The staff Paris, Alexis and Britney were outstanding. Even during a renovation they far exceeded my expectations. Traveling from Key West, they were a bright spot in my long day of travel. Professional, hospitable and informative, So much, I will make a point to stop here on my way back home, Once I got inside , I could not tell the hotel was having work done. Its was quiet and that was my main concern. Location was perfect, close to grocery store and gas. I was able to quickly get dinner and gas for my early morning start. The breakfast and coffee was really good. I was very happy with my stop.
