Do you have luggage carts available for guests to use when checking in?

Yes

Yes they do. You pull up in front of the hotel and unload right there. Then we go and park in the parking garage. But, they also have a pathway from the garage to the hotel if you would prefer to do it that way. I just find it easier to do it while you are parked in front of the hotel when you check in.
