I am coming in the East Entrance. Is it possible to drive my 25’ tall motorhome across the park to the other side? Ultimately heading for Death Valley. Thanks.

25' would require an overheight permit sure its not 15'?

Dan Gentilucci | Jan 21, 2018

No. Coming through the East entrance you would have to go through the Zion-Mount Carmel tunnel and no vehicles over 13' 1" are allowed.

Allan Douglas | Jan 21, 2018

The Zion Mt. Carmel Tunnel has a height restrictions of 13"1 & 7"10wide. There is a $15. + Entrance fee. Large Vehicles require Traffic Control. What is the height & width of your vehicle? I have a Zion National Park brochure If you need more info.

You mean 25 feet long right? I think the tunnel is 13 feet tall. 25 feet tall will not make it.

Ken Genzer | Jan 21, 2018

Yes you can. It is a $15 fee to drive through the mile long tunnel. But well worth the experience.
