I have always loved visiting historical sites, and getting to share it with my family is amazing. My husband, who is 6'4" and raised in NV, had 2 things to say about Grafton: How did they handle the summer heat? The men must've been short or hunched over half the time. Loooow clearance. Hahaha

Always a fun place to stop when you're headed to Zion. A bit off the main road but totally worth it. Wear shoes that can get muddy

Neat little stop on the way to Zions. You can go into a couple of the buildings. Nicely maintained and looks like they are in the process or restoring the area. Pamphlets were available with the towns history. Also a neat cemetery off the road on the way in

This is a great spot near Zion. The buildings are so well preserved, but not a tourist trap like some other ghost towns like calico. There are a few buildings that are all standing and some are accessible. Theres a neat little cemetery, also. Lots of cows and wildlife on the fringes. The area is surrounded by some amazing landscapes like huge mountains and mesas too. It's worth the stop, but a bit disappointing that it closes after dark. Would be a great spot for night photography.
