There is a entrance fee. $25 or $30 per car for 1 week

Yes. There is a 30$ fee per car but it is valid for a week(i guess, we used it for the weekend). Also you can enter other national parks like the bryce national park using the same receipt

National park pass yes, but there is a program you can find online that's FREE for fouth graders for a whole year. This pass includes the whole car and passengers. If you go to the North side for the Kolob Arch, it also requires a pass unless you get there before the rangers are at work like I did (near 7AM) which I highly recommend getting there early if you plan to hike to the arch, it's 7 miles one way.
