Angels landing is NOT the highest. Zion ranges 3,666 ft to 8,726 ft. Observation point is directly accross from angels landing and is 6508 ft. Horse Ranch Mountain is the highest at 8,726 ft.

I will go there this thursday 4/5/2018, can we walk somewhere in Zion natonal park with my dog? We might arrive there around noon, should we park Springdale parking or Zion parking to take the shuttles?
