Yes you do. They will unlock the door once you confirm your appointment when you arrive. You must have an appointment
You could try to walk in, if there's a spot they may let you in. I've seen it happen, worth a try. Make an appointment and chk regularly for cancelations
Not sure about that one but if you try to make an appointment it will usually let you know if you can do it online,but probably make one just incase since it might take awhile for an opening.
