Please check online or call DMV if test in your language is available for test? After you pass the test 2 weeks to get your license.
Start at https://www.oregon.gov/odot/DMV/pages/driverid/licenseget.aspx#Knowledge. Get a friend to help you figure out what you need. Once all the prerequisites are done, it takes the DMV 21 days. You must have an appointment to visit the DMV office.
