On hold now for 47 minutes. I don't have time to wait hours for pharmacy assistance whether it's in store or on the phone. I have a smalll child & go to the drive thru for convenience, however that's also closed half the time. Staffing shortages & lack of competency at almost all pharmacies in the area. These places need to do some mass hiring events to get a few good people.

Always a wait of at least 30 minutes. Plus the the lunch break is between 1:30-2 and the past few times I’ve come at 2:30 they are still out to lunch. At least update your phone system or be accurate at the time you’re returning. Or hire more staff!
