Online shows they do walk-in vaccines but in-store pharmacist said they did not due to staffing. Very disappointed by inaccurate listing and wasted trip.

I got a COVID test there on April 7th and received a notification that my appointment had been missed two days later. The vial they had me use was not labeled with my information and apparently was lost. The lab has no record of my sample being received by them. I now have to get tested again, meanwhile working while likely infected, due to my employer’s policy of having a positive test to miss work. (My husband is currently positive) This kind of mistake will likely result in my coworkers and customers being infected while I wait again for results. I would never use this disorganized pharmacy for any reason again.

Ooof, wow. Called this location numerous times to see if a prescription my doctor had sent over was ready. I had tried switching from Fred Meyer to Rite Aid because of my poor experiences with Fred Meyer, but Rite Aid is even worse! They do not answer their phones, no matter what time of day you call. When you finally speak to someone, they are short, curt and tell you they are extremely behind and are unsure when they can get to your refill. Definitely will never be returning here again.

Pharmacy staff can't multi-task and answer the phone, ever. This is not a once in awhile thing. It's every time you call. Good luck getting them ever to answer the phone.
