The food is really great, and it's in a convenient place. I especially suggest getting a milkshake, the presentation is especially good with those. It's clean, atmospheric, and has a good philosophy on recycling/composting. The one major issue those is the incompetency of the staff. One dull eyed sandwich maker seemed he wanted to be anywhere else at the moment keeps skimping on the Mayo and put chicken in my vegetarian sub. Another served someone in line behind me while I had been standing there waiting, and a third but less offensive one just mixed the shake poorly is all. They should hire people who actually want to be there and enjoy what they do, and then it would be five stars

Potbelly SS is always good and this one was no exception. Place was clean and staff very friendly. Steakhouse with aioli is my go to favorite and other is turkey with Swiss. Cookies are moist and delicious and they have a wide variety of chips. Good place to eat if downtown in Portland.
