When paying cash on the oakland bay bridge does it have to be coins, exact change in bills, or is there a person to give change back, etc? trying to be prepared if I need tons of quarters

There is a toll collector to take your money and give you change. No credit cards.

A toll collector is there to receive cash or coins. No pennies. Will not accept any currency over $20....

Just dont try to use a debit or credit, other than that cash is king!!
