They never returned the Amazon items I took to their store so they could ship it back to Amazon returns center. I've yet to receive my refund because it appears UPS workers either stole the items or never processed them to begin with.

I haven't been to a lot of UPS stores but I had a really unpleasant experience here. Seems like the lady clerk there needs a refresher of the pickup rules. She didn't release my package to me because I had given my husband's name as the pickup person. The package was under my name and I gave her my ID, tracking info, online brand info, name of my husband, even told her that I can have him call and send his info. I spoke to a UPS customer service agent and she confirmed that the store agent was supposed to release my package. She kept talking about her system. I guess then we don't need human beings working in the store anymore. She didn't understand any of the information I gave her anyway. I bet, Computers could do a better job than her!

UPS is not great, they’re consistently late on my packages, fail to deliver them to my address and prefer to take them to their pick up locations, and their customer service is poor. I honestly prefer FedEx or USPS to deliver my packages, but we really don’t get to choose unfortunately.

The UPS at 17th a d Franklin - my home away from home! I've been a customer here for going on 5 years and have never had a problem. The employees are courteous, the services are there just as described. A great way to have a permanent address for those transitioning periods of life - great way to keep your mail separated by address! And as an added bonus - you can't beat the location - right in the heart of Oakland, California!
