I just left this Dede location on august 3rd 2022 @ around 10:25am and the customer service clerk which is the lady with the black her obviously doesn’t have any knowledge on consulate identification she denied refused to go and get my package from the back because she refused to take my moorish American travel document that is lawful and was issued by my consulate also my consulate identification has the two cent stamps on them from the UPU I don’t think she knows that what she just dis is INFACT a crime and a lawsuit. My package has been sitting at the parser location for almost a week now. I specifically went up there to go and pick it up myself with my consulate identification which is the exact same name that is on the package and she also read my consulate identification and saw that it is INFACT the same name that is on the package so I don’t understand why she would deny me access for something that obviously belongs to me. She said with an attitude that they’ll just attempt again to deliver it because she refused to take my identification which is beyond and is interfering with movement of mail pursuant to the UPU I must report her. Please train your employees on how to correctly do the job that they were hired to do.

Shipping stores of any brand are usually a nightmare to visit. This location was clean, the staff was quick to help each customer in the long line that was there, and showed a surprisingly high level of customer service. Sad to say, but FedEx isn't known for their great customer service, so the experience I had here was a breath of fresh air.

Service was excellent….price was ridiculous….over $70 to ship less than a 13lb box of clothes…and I have to wait 7 days to receive it…they also make you pay for the tape to seal the box… I was flying home and didn’t have room for extra items I bought…from now on I’ll pack an extra empty bag and pay $50 for extra bag charge… Take my advice…if you shop on your vacation or trip pack a small duffle or gym bag in case you need more room.
