We took our new kitten there for his 3rd series of shots, check up, nails trimmed, & flea prevenitive. He was also microchipped, & neutered too. Dropped him off @ 8am, & had an early pick up by 2pm.. He did just fine.. He recovered well, & even ate good upon discharge.. The staff was very nice & treated us well.. Now, I have an appt for our cat Sheldon, for his annual check up. He will get his annual vaccine, nails trimmed, & exam. Very low costs, which I appreciate at my age.. We will take both pets here from now on...❤❤❤ Our kitty was a rescue from Hart2Heart rescue, & Sharon, the owner, handled EVERY aspect of our kitten Oreo's care @ PAWS.. it was so nice, highly reccomend Hart2Heart agency for all your adoption & pet care concerns. God bless all of these kind people...!!💙😇🙏🔥🥇

Cats: $60 Dogs under 40 lbs: $100 Dogs 40-90 lbs: $135 Dogs over 90 lbs: $185
I am not sure they take feral cats in for adoption. Most people set up shelter for them during the cold months, maybe reach out to a cat rescue and ask if they can do anything? in this area I have heard about Whiskers of Love a cat rescue. Good luck
I took my kitten there I got it dewormed, he got every one of its shots, I got him Spade I got his hernia fixed he got a chip and it was 150. Did I say two operations. 150.$$$$ and they love animals and you can feel it. they really care about your fur baby.
Its $70 per cat, I had spoken to 5 other shelters the lowest was 110 for males. PAWS is by far the cheapest and super quality doctors. Oh and I had a momma and 5 kittens, noone would give a discount. I saved momma the day before she gave birth not knowing. PAWS at least made it possible to help us control the cat population. Other places at 180 each, they really aren't helping, people cant afford that for 6 cats! I was just being kind by saving a cat! 1 baby passed, but the others are now thriving. We adopted 1 out and now have 4 plus our original 3 and a dog. So we did manage to save 6 lives in mid summer. They definitely would have died outside. Thx PAWS for helping save our crew!
I think it was $65 and it included shots
Teach the dog not to knock baby down. Don't get rid of your pet.
The prices is on the website. If it's sick, you will have to just pay the visit fee and whatever cost for the medicine. It's all low cost and affordable. The Dr fee I believe is $25 + the cost of meds
Yes, $70 and they file their nails, and give them shots.
Appointment only.
Also keep an eye on the website and or call them. They run a program for people that are on public assistance to help offset the cost of spray/neuter. Here is a copy and paste from the website. "For a limited time, PAWS is offering $20 spay and neuter surgeries for owned dogs and cats. To qualify, pet owners must present ACCESS card or similar proof of public assistance." UPDATE: this program is no longer active as of November 7, 2017. 2nd Update: If you want a cheaper alternative and your from Philadelphia there's a place called Morris animal refuge. For 40 bucks they spay or neuter any kitten/cat and or rabbit. And the price for puppies and dogs is only 60 bucks. They don't do the surgery at the refuge where you pay, but they give you a list of doctors that participate in the program across the whole city. I've used them several times and have had nothing but an uneventful experience. And the choice to pick your own doctor is a plus. Search for Morris animal refuge dot org
No trappers do that
A great place to adopt any animal is the Animal Care and Control Team of Philly (ACCT-Philly). I work there and of all the shelters I've ever been to or worked for, this shelter has the highest turn over of animals!! It's a great, quality animal shelter!!
You can call and ask
Call for an appointment
Different prices for different services. They have a website with a breakdown
Call them or go online they answer back pretty fast. I set it up and got in within a week. Her surgery was two weeks ago and she's healing great.
I'm pretty sure they can do that! If you don't hear from them? Maybe you should go there and find out? Also you can make your appointment all at the Sametime! But If for any reason they can? Please let other people know right here on Google? Good luck!
Yes, I believe so. I'm not sure the cost of service however. It was an included service with our appointment for her spay.
They should have told u a time...and I'm sorry for just getting back to you How did they do? My dobby slept in my arm pretty much all night.
I think it's around $70
For cat vaccinations, the cost is $70. You deposit $25 when you make the appointment online, and then you pay the remaining balance of $45 the day of the appointment.
I'm not sure. Give them a call.
Yes they do but because of Covid I would try to call them first. Or send an email they will get back to you just be patient. Good luck. If interested you can also try Noah's arc on Frankford avenue, they will work with you, they are awesome as well!
To be honest, I am not sure about that? I am sorry to hear that.
It's from the medicine. He should be fine after his next bath with regular conditioning dog shampoo. Just dont donit how. The medicine needs to work.
I'm not quite sure i just got my 2 kittens fixed
Is the cat old or did it recently just have surgery? Please be specific
Yes they do for $20.00
You need to speak to the professionals at PAWS.
I don't know. I took my kitten there to be neutered. You can go online to their site and get prices.
It's $25 for a clinic visit plus any medicines
Paws doesn't accept any pets, they're not that type of shelter, they give shots of other procedures for very low reasonable prices
Get your dog spayed!!!
You'd really have to decide that. Look into rescues first, maybe place an ad, investigate any prospects extremely well
They don't shelter pets, they take care of their medical needs at reasonable prices but they can refer you to a place for shelter pets
Not at this time
Yes they do. Friday and Saturday 10 to 4 for basic services for medical.
Peroxide on a q-tip and then a wet wash cloth
No you'll need to go to ACCT or the SPCA
No, try a local vet or go to U of Pa Vet hospital 39th and Spruce
You have to go there and ask the vet
Cheap place for shots and nails done
Bring them there for what?
Yes
It is entirely up to you on whether or not you vaccinate your dog, but as PAWS northeast is concerned, it is cheaper than vets and just as caring.
You need an ID photo such as a driver's license and also a copy of a utility bill.
I think it's just a donation
Give a bath with Dawn dish detergent.
I believe anyone can go. There are two locations, give them a call and ask.
Take her back and have her checked again
Under 40 lbs $100 40-90 lbs $135 Over 90 lbs $185
Believe some of what you see and none of what you hear!!!!!! I will say no more for i don't want to insult that lack of function to your brain! 🤔🙄🤔🙄🤔🙄🤔
Best to talk with your veterinarian to make sure.
It may be fleas or a diet issue but either way I would call PAWS and see if you could schedule an appointment with them to maybe learn what the reason is
$60 including shot's. Drop off in the am and pick up around 4
They have an adjacent adoption center to the clinic. They may, but the safe bet is to call.
I believe they do strays/rescues no charge but idk if that means you can take them home. I would call and ask. They're pretty great in there.
Yes. But you must first sign up for an orientation. You can sign up on their website
Go to hour neaareat PAWs and see them. I would call first just incase they have special hours for that.
I'm not sure about dogs I got cats serviced there
Yrs as far as i know the vet is there. Call ahead to be sure
PAWS--- they're located Grant Ave & Bustleton Ave in N.E. there is another one in Center City. (Look up, could be South Phila). Anyway you'll be VERY happy with service & price. Las t August they had free dpay/neutered for whole month. If you rescue animal, which you are doing, it's cheaper. On Fri., Sat. 9am-4pm no appt needed. No office visit fee. Nail trim is $10.00, flea tx. $14.00 can't beat it. Take kitty on free days, ask about possible "special" this coming summer on spay/ neuter. They also do vaccines. And you can use as your normal vet. They remind me when my cat needs booster shots. I need a place like this--high service--low cost.
They have vets , a store for food an toys for your pet and there very affordable .make a appointment.
I believe 18. You must fill out LONG form. About previous pets, who will be vet. I take my cat to PAWS for checkups, shots, etc. It's much cheaper, they provide great service. Friday & Sat from 9-4 are walk-in days. No appt needed. On rest of days you must have appt. Can't remember if they're open Sun.
you need to make an appointment for anything other than vaccines i emailed them and got my appointment that way
Call the paws phone number and they'll be able to help you pretty quickly.
There is no xray. You can make an appointment to get your lab checked by a vet. Not sure if they can tell you exact stage of pregnancy
Walk-in vaccination clinics Every Friday and Saturday, 10am to 4pm
I don't know
Paws is not an I take shelter. You can take the mom and kittens to ACCT Philly.
Yes, it's much cheaper. They have open clinics during the weekends. They provided great service to my dog
depends in which branch you go to
