A great place to adopt any animal is the Animal Care and Control Team of Philly (ACCT-Philly). I work there and of all the shelters I've ever been to or worked for, this shelter has the highest turn over of animals!! It's a great, quality animal shelter!!

Adoptable dogs are housed at our Grays Ferry shelter and also in foster homes, and all meets are done by appointment. We would love to help you meet your new best friend!
Paws NE Adoption Center is not open. You can view the dogs they have available for adoption on their website. The Adoption Center on Grant Ave has been closed since the pandemic. Their clinic however is open.
