Not only do they provide the service they claim, but they do it well. I needed a notary this morning and went to Montclair UPS first. They usually have one but the notary had quit. When I asked for recommendations for another, she said to look on google. I then called the UPS store on Piedmont Ave which had an automated service that said they have a notary every day. I drove to Piedmont Ave store only to be told they do not have a notary but Piedmont Express does. I drove down the street and parked right in front and saw that the store doesn't open until 10am. Instead of waiting for it to open in 10 min hoping a notary is available, I drove to this UPS store on Telegraph. When I walked in, the woman behind the counter was already helping someone else. But VK Chopra was sitting behind the desk and asked if I needed a notary. I couldn't believe the service! I was ecstatic to finally encounter someone who could not only provide me with the service I needed but also with kindness and politeness! The store was clean, calm, and also offers short term parking for free. This will be my go to location for UPS/shipping/notary needs.

UPS claimed to have delivered my package to my apartment's 'smart' locker system, however, I contacted the locker company and there was no record of any package delivery to the locker system. UPS will not allow me to file a claim with them because they use USPS for final mile delivery, however, UPS will not provide a further tracking number or information. It is impossible to reach a representative to track down the package via UPS customer service, so, here I am.

I've used this location quite often to pick up and drop off packages during the pandemic. The staff here has been polite and eager to help, and the shop has always been kept impeccably clean and orderly. I will continue to be a patron here! Highly recommended!
