I had ordered my granddaughter’s graduation cap and gown , they said that they tried to deliver to my company but we were closed and that wasn’t true because we are open 24/7. The package got delivered two days late and my granddaughter had to wear my nieces cap and gown . THAT WAS UPSETTING

UPS claimed to have delivered my package to my apartment's 'smart' locker system, however, I contacted the locker company and there was no record of any package delivery to the locker system under my apartment. UPS will not allow me to file a claim with them because they use USPS for final mile delivery, however, UPS will not provide a further tracking number or information. It is impossible to reach a representative to track down the package via UPS customer service, so, here I am.

My package was a high value item and a signature was required for delivery. The driver just left on my porch and forged my signature by saying I signed it. I could not refuse the package or check for damages before signing on delivery because this driver decided it was too much effort to ring my bell and ask for my signature. The package was indeed damaged and now I need to spend my own money to send it back. Worse experience ever.

Like many others, my packages have stopped getting delivered. I went to go pickup about 3 weeks worth of backed packages yesterday after requesting a hold earlier in the week. They only had a few of the packages and no clue where the others are. UPS is the only shipper that is incapable of delivering during this time. No doubt this is a hardworking crew, but the corporate offices need to get their act together, they’ve shut down live support and thrown their delivery guarantees out the window. If you live in Oakland, contact the vendor and have them ship anything but UPS!

Packages have been stolen on too many occasions because of the lack of customer service. What a SHAME.
Unfortunately machines sort and read the labels before they get to human hands. Any strange character may make it reject before anyone sees it. When was it supposed to be delivered?

I worked for UPS when I was younger. They have to use a lot of extra drivers during the holiday season, and they are really swamped. If you live in a gated residence, these drivers might not have access, or know the ins/ outs of gaining access or possibly they don't want to spend the time trying to figure it out. I highly recommend contacting customer service and have the package left at the customer service desk. They have late hours and also have self service access boxes outside the door
You have to know what department they work in and from that point forward just go to human resources and give them their name

To pick up packages,sign up to UPS my choice.
If its prepaid, take it to a ups store or even the drop it in a ups letter box if its small enough. Most UPS drivers will also take it from you if it isnt too large. Dont waste your time standing in that long line.

That's unfortunately how UPS Oakland operates. 75% of my shipments have been delayed and they all arrived in time in Oakland :-(
