Hands down the worst USPS experience I have ever had. The line was 13 people long with only a single person working. I waiting in line for 25 mins before giving up. Be ready to lose you soul at this place or spend the extra dollars for prepaid.

It’s 8:12 and I’m standing in line here to hurrily send out my mothers meds. They could care less whether she gets them in time cuz they don’t care to open!

I agree with the reviews that suggest that additional help is needed at this location at least 4 people per shift and perhaps a 5th person who will fill in for lunch and break coverages. I've tried going to this post office early in the morning only to find its doors are locked during business hours. now I'm having problems getting my mail and packages even though I Received messages verifying that my package was delivered but its been 2 days and still not been placed in my box.

This post office has recently had a great improvement in customer service! During this winter season, I packaged something in the wrong packaging, my mistake, too expensive, and the clerk told me which package was cheaper, and patiently waited while I repackaged and re-addressed it. Unfortunately she was temporary, but their other staff are way better than before, too. I don't know if there's been new management or new training or something. The culture is much improved. Most recently I went to get a $1.50 certificate of mailing (for proof of the date stamp) and the first woman suggested charging me more, but when I told her I had looked up the price on their website, she asked someone more senior -- which is great, she didn't stall me or argue -- and the more senior clerk helped me, and she researched the right amount, and patiently waited while I addressed a form, and pointed out the date stamp. Also, I saw the clerks apologize to a lady who seemed to have a recurring postal issue. I think their computer system is not helping their personnel, and needs to be made more user friendly. The USPS computer system (at all post offices) always shows the most expensive prices first, with lower prices hidden on the next screen, which is dishonest, but the front line workers here are doing a great job despite the antiquated computer system. All kinds of good customer service is happening here: they apologize if they've messed up, they volunteer cheaper items, they give advice on how to clear up postal issues, if they don't know they research things or ask a more senior person, they point out helpful info like the date stamp, and they're patient.
