They don't do anything like any other post office. I have ever been to. First of all usually a post office takes your ID and uses your name to find a package, not this one and 2 they keep sending my packages back to the sender because of an app I have that wouldn't let me put the new and correct address in right. I tried over and over I finally I to uninstall and reinstall it to get to take it. But this post office said they don't care. They said they will continue to do so because they don't want to have to keep looking for my packages there at the post office. Duh they are the post office thats part of their job.

This Post office is a joke...They have employees working there that do not know their job!!! I was being assisted by an employee, she over charged me for postage then ripped the postage off my envelope, I asked her to explain the extra fee to me, she then said "the envelope can not bend so it needs extra postage", I have been doing these mailings for over 10.5 years, I have never had this problem. The manager then says "There goes another one", to me I took this comment very offensive, I asked for her info she would not give it to me, I told her that I was going to report her!! She didn't care..Rude Staff will never go there ever again!!!

The manager refused to help me send a package to my daughter in the Military. I have never had a problem sending to an APO and all of a sudden she can’t find the address. She was very rude and told me take my package to another location and refused to give me her name. Terrible service and when I asked for a supervisor she said it was her 😳😳

When the federal workers at the post office threaten to toss your packages 😡. I kindly asked two other employees to scan my packages and they refused and disappeared. Don’t go to the post office in Fruitvale! If these workers have been rude to you, you can file a complaint with the USPS consumer affairs. She also refused to give me her name as she pointed to her flipped badge and tried to cover her face when I took a photo.
