The employees are helpful and friendly. When I have packages delivered to my PO Box they always go the extra mile to find them if they are not right in my box. Helpful with advice and problem resolution as well.

The ladies here are extremely helpful and accommodating! I had an appointment for me and my family of 6 for passports.. found out that I was at the wrong location and instead of turning me away, they processed my applications. Genevieve was the lady who took care of me and did a great job!

The office workers are very inefficient. I usually don't come here but I have to to pick up a return mail. There's only 1 poor lady actually working and maybe the manager, besides them it seems the other guy is just simply standing at the encounter and saying "What can I help you?"and pass down everything to the lady next to him. Poor people are waiting in line to pick up their stuffs and mails so it seems like mailmen don't really work either.

If you want to apply or renew a passport at this location get there before 8:30 to wait in line. Once they hand out all of these official numbers (5-6) they are done for the day. Oh, they don't start seeing those with numbers promptly at 8:30. They begin whenever the official passport service provider is done doing their other post offices duties. So any other words, whenever someone has time to get to you. The office is pretty run down and there isn't many places to sit if you are disabled. If you need a photo it is $15. If you are renewing a passport, they won't help you and you'll have to mail it in if you're not renewing for a child. If you need further information from postal workers, be prepared to pull teeth. After a seemingly easy process turned into a 3 day long endeavor, I spoke with many of the associates here and they all have very little information to give me concerning the process. You would have better luck actually attempting to torture the information out of them than wasting your time with trying to hold an informed conversation. When it comes to quality, you wont find your hard earned tax dollars well spent here. If you can help it, try one of the few Passport acceptance locations elsewhere.

If you're wanting to rent a PO Box, you need to go to the office to sign up. If you want to register for an online service, you do so through the USPS website. Hope that answers your question!
I go post office on Pardee and it's off of Hegenburger
