Why is that the only rest area with no available Wi-Fi? Every other rest area in Washington State appears to have this available.

I have seen a lot of rest stops in WA without WiFi as to why you would have ask the state.

The State of Washington (WA) Department of Transportation (DoT) would probably have a better answer to your question than other less-than-satisfied travelers. If you need their number, I could look that up.

I myself have yet to find wi-fi at any rest area, here nor there. as to s.everett rest area, it's nice and well kept.
