Treated like a prison only one exit/entrance even with door key. Sets off fire alarm when exiting through door closest to your vehicle. Very miss trusting people. TV channels don't even match the channel guide.

My family was dealing with a very sensitive issue and the staff was understanding and exstreamly helpfully they were the best in front desk service I have encountered in a very long time

Questions & Answers

Above review is so very far from the truth. Staff is friendly and helpful; lobby, hallways and rooms smell and look clean at all times, even with multiple guests in construction wearing muddy boots and many guests having pets.

I agree Richard. Although I have had less pleasant visits in the past. Recently it has been a delight staying at this ESA.
