I love Sharetea but the un-attentiveness of some of the employees needs to finally be addressed… Here is where some of the items were wrong. A month ago I ordered the Red Bean Matcha with Ice Cream but I didn’t get the ice cream — I should have said something to the staff but I just let it slide because they were quite busy and I felt bad for those young staffs. Now flash forward today, I ordered the Green Apple Yo Yo Smoothie but then realized that was not it (see photo). I have ordered the Green Apple Yo Yo Smoothie before and it should be kind of a green color and the taste should be what it is too. I honestly hope these young employees get re-trained to be more knowledgeable and to be more attentiveness to the orders because this cannot keep happening one mistake after the next within a one month period. Just on a side note: I feel as though things are not the same with the new employees every time; things kind of spiraled down after the Grand Opening. I am sorry to say this, but maybe we need workers who actually know what they are doing.🙂
