Very nice staff and appreciated security at front entrance. The store was clean and well stocked. The cashier very friendly and I appreciate she did not pressure with club cards or warranties. I would come back to this location for my electronic needs. Great service!

6/22 WOW, in just 4 short months this store is restocked and full of employees who are smart and like being there and helping the customer. So refreshing these days. Don't bother calling the 800 number in my opinion as the help you get just by walking in to the Geek Squad is incredible. They don't stop until SOMEONE finds an answer. At least that was our experience.

Absolutely will not ever shop at Best Buy again ! These people are scammers and CANNOT be trusted. My 80 year old mother and I purchased a 65" TV for her living room and to our shock the "New" supposed factory sealed tv had been carefully opened from the bottom cap of the box hence leaving the factory stickers intact. Initially the TV was missing the controller, power cable, manual and the WRONG stand. After talking with the store manger he told me to bring the tv in and he'd take care of the problem, that's when I realized something was fishy..... after walking the tv outside to load it into the van I could see under the sunlight that this TV wasn't brand new and I had been railroaded into purchasing a prior return, it seemed someone had switched tvs out stealing the new one and replacing it with some old junk, they managed to fit another 65" tv in it's place (even a Samsung at that) and tidied everything back up, even managed to re-band the box just as if it were new. There's one of 2 things going on here, #1 the store employees are in on some kind of scam. #2 Someone bought the tv and as I stated in the above post, they very carefully removed the NEW tv and replaced it with junk. I'm inclined to believe it's #1 due to the fact the store manager called me and said they supposedly reviewed the store footage and that tv had never left the store from the time it arrived from the factory truck LOL hardly believable. Bottom line is these store manager basically accused us of trying to scam them for a TV when we are actually the victims here ! Why would anyone want to destroy a lifetime of perfect credit over this kind of childish trash ? We even paid for an extra $200 insurance on the tv , why would anyone do this for a TV they would never be able to utilize the warranty on ? So now we get to ruin a lifetime of perfect credit because ignorants like this can't see past their ego. We refuse to pay for a $1,000 tv we didn't get and now we get to suffer. Thanks for nothing BB, you've lost at least 12 customers for life, my family, Etc will no longer be shopping with you. ((((BEWARE)))) !!! OPEN ALL BOXES before leaving this store, Best Buy can no longer be trusted

I went in for the second day in a row to return and exchanged also at a different location staff was kind and customer service was great they gave me plenty of time to make a decision on my choice and even when I was having the worst day I was still asked if I needed anything after I had already got what I wanted but wasn't what I was coming there for and I had to go back again from previous mistake purchase and once again I had Excellent customer service support even the Security was curious and friendly from my long and highly anticipated experience choosing what I wanted and wasn't thinking I'm the false. I've always choose my own path even if I'm there for hour's just to exchanged something simple as a case for Airpods or a xbox controller rechargeable batteries, or just thumb Grips 👍. Thanks bestbuy for not pushing or making me feel uncomfortable and just letting myself calming and patiently make a decision that I can walk out happy. . Thanks again.

Of courses you can.
Some stores do
You just need to add them to the "Friends and Family" pickup option. Otherwise they require you to be there with an ID.
Not sure man call them
Hard to say, best bet is go to your nearest store, there very knowledgeable and its difficult to get them on the phone
They probably have veterans Black Friday sales
