Because the store owner has multiple business opportunities sometimes their hours are off by about 20 minutes I find. Personally I just save their number and call even though I'm located across the street. These guys are great and their pricing and options are well worth the wait!

I'm from mass, i'm looking for a store in either ri or nh for the next four months because of tyrannical charlie marlboro. I wouldn't drive here knowing they arnt open when they should be....
I agree with Nicholas. This shop is poorly run. If you have hours posted then you should stay within the hours posted. It’s only going to piss off potential customers. And what kind of shop opens at 11...ish?! Waste of time and staff are rude.
Worth the wait? It’s a not like slow service at a restaurant and the food is amazing? They regularly open late and close early, being the only vape shop around you cannot count on them. The ONE time this store was open I arrived 30 min before their close time, and they were locking up. They then proceeded to insult my mod, scoff at my choice of juice, and treat me like I inconvenienced them for showing up when they were trying to leave...early. I don’t understand why people not only accept such poor customer service, but PROMOTE it. You can love vaping and the vape culture and still think your local store is a poorly run overpriced hipster shop. If you compare this spot to a well run shop, like White Horse in providence or J’s Vapor den in Attleboro. Just sucks bc they are so far away
