Hello, I plan to Portland rose garden this October. Is it still have roses in October? Do you recommend to go or not to go? Thank you.

I was there on 11th Sep'18. It was blooming and most refreshing my mind. I just forgot everything and praising LORD for his wonderful creation. Well maintained and October may be OK if doesn't get too cold there!

I was there a week ago and there were a lot blooming. I think they're good in October.
