Im wanting to find the name of a rose I tried to put the picture here but it wont let me. How can I show and ask?

It's rather difficult to answer that question without the image. If you know the date you went there and something in the vicinity like "the archway" or "the second tier next to the amphitheater" then it may be possible to get a Rosarian to help since roses that stand out tend to be more familiar based on interest expressed in them.

Might be best to reach out to them directly or use reverse Google image search and upload your picture there
