No homeless activity. Left car parked all day, never worried about theft. It’s a pretty safe place.
Your car is valet parked in a locked garage a block over. Take 5 minutes when you want to take it out. There are some homeless a block or 2 away but you don't need to go down that way to get wherever you want to go.
We had parked our car there for a couple of hours about ten days ago, packed with our suitcases. We had no problems at all. Did not notice any homeless camps around there.
There are no homeless camps nearby and belongings left in the car should be managed appropriately anyway. The area is extremely safe.
