I always reject warranty offering. Not worth going the trouble for. Technology has improved over the years and electronics last longer.
Do not rely on best buy staff.... They seldom have knowledge on what you're requesting. Buyer beware, its your responsibility to to be informed
I am not sure about this question. But I got very good help from customer service there.
I am totally not understanding your question. But I will tell you this one thing I would stay away from them at any cost.
