The place indeed offers good prices and has a wide selection of grocery items to choose from. What I didn't enjoy though is their policy of forcing customers to leave their bags at the entrance. Generally, I'll be fine with it but the spot where you are supposed to leave the bag is unsecured and just near the entry door with no ticketing system - just a dirty piece of paper with the number written on it. Also, there is no guarantee of safety of your items.

A long time if infrequent customer. Good prices on basic foods when the budget is tight. A bit smaller selection than pre-pandemic but hidden big bargains abound. Yesterday was a 4 pound bag of frozen cherries which I love to put in oatmeal. Only $9.99. Mornings are a good less crowded time to shop.

Very busy... wish they had more parking spaces... inside was clean... lots of goodies very reasonably priced... Not bad if you're a bargain shopper.... but watch the expiration dates.

Decent rotating food variety at reasonable prices. Clean and well stocked (especially relative to the whole foods options in the city) would definitely recommend checking it out, you may be pleasantly surprised by the selection. Instacart also an option. Lots of easy access parking. Checkout wait times tend to be quite reasonable.

there's a meat section, lunch meats, and, as nate said, prepackaged meats, but no butcher. you can also find some frozen.
They are ADA compliant. The restrooms have been remodeled and the parking lot repaved to meet the requirements. Your scooter is not ADA compliant and should not be allowed in the store.
I can't speak for Grocery Outlet but their are not far from some community bank resource. You are problemly not the only Elementary School looking for healthy diets or brainfood. I suggest you, parents and other schools write a proposal to a banks in your area that that will allow for lunch bags to be delievered at the school in your area with the use of available grants and funds for that purpose. What you don't want to do is pass the cost to the consumer, cause price increases or be a burden to those that don't have kids or Grocery Outlet stores. Ask and produce so you can recieve.
I'm not sure on what days they have them. Either check the website out or call the store and ask the store manager about the senior days.
Yes they do. All store take EBT
Yes it is. That is the BART station

Aisle 32 half way back on the right is what you're looking for. 🍌 right?
