Why is Grocery outlet ADA not accessable not equal why did the manager didn't allow me to enter on my 2 wheel scooter that is my only way to get around. Maybe the manager needs training classes on disability. Or just got to go.

They are ADA compliant. The restrooms have been remodeled and the parking lot repaved to meet the requirements. Your scooter is not ADA compliant and should not be allowed in the store.

Your scooter is classified as a bike, skate board, etc. Because your not in a regulated as whilechair or medical devices. You should inquire about bike/scooter lock and chain devices outside. You knew they were going to stop you due to FDA health and safety regulations as well as space. Skateboards and scooters etc. are not exempt from endangerment regulations. Suggest you go with a friend, walk or ride to assist you in the stores. SIMPLE😷

I would suggest that you ask to speak to Bob who is the manager there if you have handicap accessible needs he will more than accommodate you..
