It does close every sunset, and also looks really nice at sunset.
It does close at sunset. I have fished there until dark, never had an issue. But it has posted hours closing at sunset. If you are going fishing, due to heavy presence of mercury in the fish you can't eat them. So catch and release only. Otherwise it's beautfil at sunset. :) Enjoy.
