Is this a natural lake or artificial?

I believe that Roshan is just about right, there was a natural waterway that was more creek like that had a natural basin to it and would occasionally flood but when the damn was built they helped mother nature go ahead and make the lake and they've tweaked it here and there to make it what it is now

I think its part natural, part man made
