Yes, anyone over 18 may buy tobacco related items at Hotbox Smoke Shop. They do check my ID tho and I'm 33 lol.
for now yes if the law goes through where they up everything the 21 I believe you have to wait until your 21 but for now I think you can buy it if your 18. the shop number is listed on their website and they're very friendly give them a call and ask.
