They always have what I need so I can't say anything negative, they seem to be well stocked. The guy's are very helpful and I would say go above and beyond.

To be falsely accused of theft is the final straw for me. I've been faithfully going to orielys for almost 5 years. I could go to Walmart and Auto zone. I've always known they have better deals, but I've always liked the orielys culture more, till today. So this guy Mark(407824) looked up brake light bulbs for my car and read the code to me, I grabbed the wrong ones, (from the correct spot on the shelf) (I used to work in orielys, so I know how to read the shelf) and he rang me up for the ones he looked up instead of scanning the wrong ones that I grabed. I came back for an exchange later and right off the bat he refused to let me exchange them because its not the same thing on the receipt. He refused to check for discrepancies of whats on hand. he just felt he knew I stole additional bulbs for later refund, he was yelling over me while I was trying to explain how I can prove the situation by checking the items on hand. Because I used to work for orielys, I know how to use their system, that he did not wanna know how. Finally I called corporate and one of the other more reasonable employees (who probably took the extra 30 seconds to check for discrepancies) just traded me the right bulbs while corprate was talking to Mark. This took a good chunck outa my Friday morning That I coulda been doordashing. He's a sleaze ball salesman. He was enlisting customer support when he was yelling over me some hood-additude looking customer was insulting me and Mark was smiling gratefuly. When I was working for them, we would politely ask other customers to stay out of it immediately.

Looks like Home Depot does. I called O'Reilly's and it sounded like they could order it. Definitely call before you go anywhere.

Yes, O'Reilly recycles used motor oil and oil filters amongst other oils and fluids. Per their website: "O'Reilly Auto Parts collects used motor oil, automotive batteries, transmission fluid, gear oil and oil filters for recycling -- free of charge!" Link: https://www.oreillyauto.com/store-services
