Novilhos is by far the best Brazilian steakhouse in town. Customer service is to notch and the restaurant is well kept and clean. The meat is too quality and our party enjoyed it. A bit on the pricey side though so come prepared the shelve out some $$$

The meats are delicious that they come around to the tables with. Great salad bar with many items to choose from. I really enjoy the fresh mango lemonade. That being said, pricing is very vague. I knew drinks were extra but not deserts. Every desert is $10 but NOT mention on the website’s menu and no mentioning of it in dining in. That’s pretty shady.

The last time we went about a month ago, it was pleasant. My husband is more of a meat eater than I am and the meat he was interested in and waiting for did not come out until he asked for it. As for myself, I have very bad allergies to egg and dairy. It was very hard for me to eat anything because almost everything has dairy . The tossed salad had cheese in it so I couldn’t even touch it.The lettuce plate was always empty every time I tried to get some. Everyone was cross contaminating the utensils used for serving therefore making me unable to eat anything. I had white rice and unfortunately had to eat more meat that I normally do causing an upset stomach. It would be nice if there was a vegan section even though I am not vegan. At least I know there will be no dairy or egg in it vs it being vegetarian. If we are able to order from a menu, it would have made it much easier for me. It wasn’t presented to me about it being an option…

This is a classic churrascaria. The atmosphere is pleasant and the staff is nice enough but unfortunately the food and service was lacking quite a bit. I'm hoping this was an off night for them because my boys and I LOVE Brazilian BBQ! We made reservations and had a fairly reasonable wait, after getting put in the corner of a very busy room my son and I waited for about 10 min to get drinks and plates so we could "flip the disc" to green. That didn't happen so I got up and went to the salad bar grabbed 2 plates and we were in business! The first meat drop was a bacon wrapped tenderloin, at least that's the description given, what dropped on my plate could have been what was left from Icarus after his little sejorn to the Sun....it was an inedible chunk of... Meat? Ok ok I understand it happens, I was patient and waited for the next, which after 10 more min and seeing 2 sword wielding meat servers pass our table I was beginning to be irritated. Finally our server arrived and asked us for a drink order, filling our water cups, my son ordered a sprite. The meat came in fits with odd, skipping our table, occasionally taking place. Nevertheless we had meat and it got better but not great, never great, we also had a random server bring us some cheese balls (a favorite!) And some other sides.... This is a good 45 min into our pursuit of the meat sweats.... That had yet to be realized! We had a few more disappointing meats and finally the garlic sirloin was a hit! We mostly enjoyed another 15 min and chatted....my VERY forgiving, very gentle young boy STILL had not received his drink! I finally got up, found our server and let her know we'd still not seen it, she apologized and brought it right out, saying "I'm so sorry we won't charge you" and offered a free dessert! While grateful, Like most folks, we had no room left and were frankly tired of being there. We declined the dessert and asked for a check. The check came WITH THE SODA charge! I was just ready to get out at this point so we paid and left. All in all not a good experience, I'll give this another try because it's close to home but I have little hope.
