Elina & Theo Phillip work there and they have very good customer service. Chicken have very good flavor, and taste & aroma. And if you use coupons you get in the mail you are guaranteed to get their delicious chicken at extremely good price They have good drive thru service. Thank you KFC .Good customer service, good food, good location Nice roomy , clean place. Lots of seating area

I just moved to this area 9 months ago. I have had good experiences at this KFC. Today was a different story.... Staff was very nice and helpful. The chicken however was dark brown and dry. Looked like it was cooked twice. I was supposed to take it to a 4th of July get together but was too embarrassed. Called and spoke to manager...she listened to my complaint and offered for me to return it and get new...I explained no time. I wish she would have at least apologized.

To the Manager that had to work on her own today because three of her employees couldn't come in, I salute you. The lines were long and you managed to work at this restaurant all by yourself. You kept calm and composed through rush hour. I'll be coming back for more to support you.

The food was so under cooked it still had the flour on the skin. I'm 65 years old now and this is definitely not what we served when I was working there back in high school. You pay more for so much less. A franchise has no pride, you're another $ not a customer. I wouldn't even have given them one star, but you can't post without it.
