It's a store selling Indian and possibly Middle Eastern flavours, ingredients and food items. So red Thai chilli is unlikely here. You can take green Indian chillies, though. And red chilli powder in low or high spicy variants or Indian curry powder is also available here.

I have not seen red THAI chilli. They have green chillies that are pretty spicy.
They have mainly indian spices..ask the store for this
