Awesome spot for concert enthusiasts. They have a ton of posters on their walls of different artists that have presented/played there. Pretty decent drinks menu and okay food menu as well and staff and service is quick and friendly. Their courtesy in guiding people to right direction on where to sit can use some sprucing up but overall they aren't super rude , just slightly unreasonable. Still makes for a great experience, go checkout your favorite bands in town.

Pretty cool venue. Lots of history. It's worth going there just to look at the old posters and photos of musicians who have performed there. I love the chandeliers in the music hall.

Every one is always so nice there. The sound is good. There is no seating down stairs but if you get up stairs early enough you can get a table that over looks the main floor with a great view! There is only 4 or 5 tables like that so they fill up quick.

Cute venue. Not too large but not too small. Security and check in was smooth and polite. Parking on the street was not hard to find within a few blocks walk. Drinks were more reasonably priced then other venues. Also shout out to security for ensuring the sides stayed clear for a walkway. Theres the main floor and then a balcony area. A nice sized bar at the back. Large bathrooms.

My favorite place is Waraku a few blocks up on Post. Great ramen.
Nope, great food there! Get there early, grab a table, downstairs bench has a waitress, but early is key for any show if you wanna sit watch eat! Have fun!
Ha! That's somewhere in the future!
Yes, and it is a fee per item. So a big bag with lots of merch only counts as one item.
yes. there is a huge and cheap parking garage under the AMC theater across the street!
Depends on how cool you are about it
CAROUSEL BALLROOM...Fillmore West
Hotel Kabuki is in Japan Town and recently rennovated. Phoenix hotel is super rock and roll, in a bit grittier area, but fun. Depends on what you are looking for!
They have ada seating you just have to arrange ahead or be first few in line and get a great balconey seat
Yes, I think he played till 11:30
It depends on the show. The website and the ticket distributer should have it clearly marked 21+ or all ages
Perhaps surprisingly, I always find street parking within a few blocks. Generally, go west or north (across geary ). Otherwise the two garages nearby are fine.
Very few. First come first served upstairs sometimes and there are reserved seats on the side. I usually try to sit on the ledge near the bar.
I am not sure... usually I am there to see a concert, therefore wifi can wait!
When the doors open for a show. It's a limited menu though in general.
Sounds like a call to the Box Office is in your future. Odd there's not instructions on their site on how to make this easy change!
Most of the time, yes. But recently, John Mayer and Dave Chapelle had a very strict "no photos at all" policy.
I can walk to the Fillmore so that answers that. Red rocks is cool and a but much better then they come to me.
It depends on the show, I saw TMBG and there were several children in the audience. I think I saw the posted age limit was 11 or older, but I believe they relax the rules for kid friendly shows.
Take the Bart to Powell after and over from there. Way easier than trying to park.
Yes, always a good option. The box office is only open Sundays 10-3p. Tickets are sold per sale price here. No tax & service fees. If you do buy tickets at the box office the day of show, there is a $3 service fee.
They allow teenagers at the venue. They must have a ticket but the exception to the rule I suppose is based on the event so check the event information to make sure it doesn't say otherwise. But, like I said, teenagers and even younger children are allowed to attend events at the Fillmore (accompanied by an adult of course). They usually hand out alcohol bands to those who are the required age for drinking and will not give the teens bands, incase you are also concerned about that.
Parking in the Japantown area or the lower pacific heights neighborhood (around octavia/laguna) then walking to the fillmore (10 to 15 minute walk) may be your best option. There's also a few parking garages in Japantown (not sure of the rates though) that may be another good option to explore. But in my opinion, if you don't need to drive, then just take an uber or a lyft.
Typically yes, in my experience a meet and greet at the Fillmore was for Afghan Whigs (headliner) but not the opening act, Har Mar Superstar
Street parking only. Try down on Geary & Scott.
There is a contact link on their website.
Generally 1 hour before showtime. They are usually published on the events page on their site (i.e. Doors 7:00 p.m. // Show 8:00 p.m.).
