I just went in there in nov.2017, and you need id, pge bill it has to be the 48 or 24 Hour notice they Will NOT take the 15 day notice. Proof of income from the last 30days.

Why is it that HEAP pledged to pay PG&E and they never sent a payment in. I just got another 48 hour disconnect notice.
