I was over halfway through my 5 piece tender meal when I looked down and saw a ripped, blackened fingernail that had been underneath one of the tenders. I don't typically complain about food but this was disgusting and straight up a health violation. I've reached out to Popeyes for some kind of reimbursement, as my boyfriend and I got nauseous at the sight of this and did not want to finish the $30 worth of food we purchased.

Very dirty and in bad neighbourhood. Homeless people right outside the door. Made us feel unsafe! 2 stars instead of 1 because taste of food is good.

Ordered a chicken sandwich combo. They gave me the sides and drink but not the sandwich. I would have been fine if they had forgotten the sides but how do you forget to include the chicken sandwich in a chicken sandwich combo.

Ordered 2 combos for $53. Turned out 4 biscuits & 1 regular fries & 1 fried chicken were missing! How come they missed out so many items. It wasn’t even at busy hours!
