There is an official SnoPark area where you can do sledding which is next to Boreal. The SnoPark is at the same exit but to the east of Boreal. The SnoPark requires a permit but i have been told you can purchase the permit at Boreal. However, due to lack of snow, there may not be emough snow for sledding.

Operations at Playland Tubing in Boreal are highly dependent on weather and conditions, according to their website; best to call them, as I'm not there atm. They are open for snow tubing, snowplay and pedestrians, but it is unclear if they have sledding, as it's never advertised. They, however, have made it clear that they do not permit personal sleds or tubes to be used, FYI.
They do have a designated sledding/ tubing area. Not sure if its open yet tho
No you cannot seld at the resort, but you can near by at the gas station.
I haven't been there today, but they do have a sledding area in general.
