Where else does the homeless go if they are down on their luck and or can't afford a $1600.00 bachelor apartment? If you're not going to be part of the solution what does it matter to you?! Homeless are people too. There's a lot of people very close to becoming homeless. Don't lump all homeless together, they are not all the same. You should learn to be more compassionate. Someday you may be in their shoes.

Alot of the homeless are not necessarily victims. Most of them are volunteers to some degree. In Seattle there is a significant problem that the liberal government and inhabitants make it way to easy to be irresponsible so they have a much bigger problem. Subsidise what you want more of and penalize what you want less of. In Seattle they subsidize homelessness and they penalise housing developers so they get much less new housing and much more homeless. Oh and they dont do anything if a person has less than 3 grams of any drugs including heroin. No tough love for dope addicts in Seattle and the word really got out.
