72 hrs is what I hearm up
12hrs stay is the rule, but State Patrol is pretty flexible, if the place is not full. 'leave my trailer' sounds like you are going to disconnect - 12 hrs still applies, I would not push that to more than 24.

It's difficult to enforce things right now, but the longer you stay, the easier it will be too enforce it
Depends if your connected or not. Usually, nobody will bother you for 4-5 days. After that State Patrol may ask you to move on. But, if your staying in the trailer is anyone's guess. The sign says 12 hrs. But it's not enforced.
