Very slow service in drive thru with no apologies or thank you’s. Second time with this experience. Waited for 30 min in drive thru. Horrible.

Be prepared to spend a good 30-60 minutes in the drive-thru line. My most recent experience was such: make an online order, drive there, wait 30ish minutes in line to get to the speaker, say I have an online order. Another 15 minutes to get to the window. Get asked to park in front, no explanation. Wait in front another 15 minutes while I count 5 vehicles behind me get served. Eventually get lukewarm food. That's almost an hour to pickup an online order.

I don't know how many times I can give this place a chance... it is a burger place. So how do you forget to put my burgers in the bag? Or my sauce? Or napkins? Like seriously. What is going on in there? I love a good whopper and waiting in a line forever just to not get everything that you ordered is beyond frustrating!

Drive thru menu board was broken. Had to use phone to order. Otherwise service was great and food was good just wish they had more low cal options. But hey its fast food lol.

I'm not sure if they're serving it yet? You can always call & ask. Btw for all that don't know what the "Impossible Burger" is, it's a "No Meat" plant based burger for vegans & vegetarians 😉

They probably haven't updated their phone Line and it's probably better to go in person for any food related matters.
