There's no longer any recycling at this location. It's Police and Municipal Court.You are correct. The City of Federal Way Solid Waste & Recycling Division manages the solid waste and recycling franchise contract and provides recycling education to residents. Refrigerators can best be recycled at the Bow Lake Transfer Station. There is a fee for recycling them due to the special handling of the coolant. (https://kingcounty.gov/depts/dnrp/solid-waste/facilities/transfer/bow-transfer.aspx) TVs, working or not, can be recycled at Goodwill or Video Only in Federal Way.

Waste Management can provide curbside pickup of items for residential customers. Call them at 253-833-3333. If you do not have Waste Management service, then you would need to haul yourself or hire someone to do that for you. We encourage using businesses that are licensed, insured and bonded.
